3.2 Due to the nature of craftsmanship, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.

9.2 Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, or imitation of any Oxana product, design, image, or branding element is strictly prohibited.
9.3 All Oxana product designs, names, and visual identities are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.4 Any attempt to replicate, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works based on Oxana designs will result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.5 Customers are granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the website for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

10.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION\n\n16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.\n\n16.2 For customers located within the European Union, any mandatory consumer protection rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection laws shall remain unaffected.\n\n16.3 For customers located within the United States, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws where required.\n\n16.4 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall, where legally permissible, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. However, EU and U.S. consumers may be entitled to pursue claims in their local jurisdiction in accordance with applicable mandatory laws.\n\n16.5 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under EU or U.S. consumer protection legislation.

EU AND U.S. CONSUMER RIGHTS COMPLIANCE\n\n17.1 For customers residing in the European Union, Oxana complies with the applicable provisions of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including transparency of pricing, right of withdrawal where applicable, and clear pre-contractual information.\n\n17.2 Where legally required, EU customers may be entitled to a statutory cooling-off period in accordance with EU law.\n\n17.3 For customers located in the United States, Oxana complies with applicable federal and state consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.\n\n17.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection laws in the EU or U.S., the mandatory provisions shall prevail.\n\n18. PRIVATE COMMISSIONS AND BESPOKE ORDERS\n\n18.1 Oxana offers private commissions and bespoke product services ("Bespoke Orders").\n\n18.2 Bespoke Orders are custom-made, personalized, or specially produced items created at the specific request of the client.\n\n18.3 All Bespoke Orders require written confirmation of design, materials, dimensions, timeline, and pricing prior to production.\n\n18.4 A non-refundable deposit, as determined by Oxana, is required to commence any Bespoke Order.\n\n18.5 Due to the customized nature of Bespoke Orders, such items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect as determined solely by Oxana.\n\n18.6 Estimated completion and delivery timelines for Bespoke Orders are provided in good faith and may vary based on materials availability, craftsmanship requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.\n\n18.7 Oxana reserves the right to decline any bespoke request at its sole discretion.\n\n18.8 All intellectual property created as part of a Bespoke Order, including designs, sketches, prototypes, molds, patterns, and concepts, shall remain the exclusive property of Maison Oxana unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.\n\n18.9 Clients are prohibited from reproducing, replicating, or commissioning third parties to imitate any bespoke design created by Oxana.\n\n19. CHANGES TO TERMS\n\nOxana reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
